Akun twitter Suspend (Solusi)

Beberapa waktu yang lalu akun Twitter Resmi Balikpapan Blogger @BpnBlogger terkena suspend sepihak dari pihak twitter. Pada saat itu, tidak diketahui apa penyebab di suspendnya akun ini. Tentu saja hal ini membuat panik admin dari akun ini, sebab beberapa saat sebelum suspend akun ini masih bisa di pergunakan, namun beberapa menit kemudian akun ini langsung di suspend. Awalnya kami menduga, akun ini di suspend karena tindakan ‘bruce attact‘ (login paksa) atau menebak-nebak password berkali-kali hingga pada akhirnya di suspend. Lalu bagaimana akun ini akhirnya bisa kembali lagi ? dan apa penyebab official twitter balikpapan blogger ini bisa di suspend ?. Akun twitter yang di suspend ini bisa kembali karena kami mengirimkan permintaan maaf kepada admin twitter via ticket, ya permintaan maaf dan mengakui segala kesalahan yang sudah di lakukan secara tidak sengaja. Mengapa meminta maaf ? tidak adakan solusi lain ? saya fikir tidak ada solusi lain selain meminta maaf, karena yang pertama akun ini di suspend tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya dan yang kedua karena kita menggunakan akun ini secara gratis dan yang pasti twitter punya term and condition dalam penggunaaan akun ini yang terkadang kita tidak pernah tau dan secara tidak sengaja kita telah melanggarnya. Baiklah, berikut isi email permintaan maaf kepada admin twitter yang kami kirimkan via ‘tiket’ :

Dan anda bisa mengecek status pengaduan anda via ticket, jika status masih bertuliskan ‘In Progress’ berarti anda masih harus bersabar dulu sampai ‘ticket’ anda di proses. Dan setelah kurang lebih 7 hari kami mendapat email balasan dari twitter yang isinya sebagai berikut :

Allhamdulillah, sejak email ini kami terima akun @BpnBlogger sudah kembali aktif dan bisa di pergunakan seperti biasa. Satu hal yang penting, permintaan maaf kepada twitter dalam rangka menyelamatkan akun twitter terkena suspend ataupun problem-problem yang lain, pesan wajib di tulis dalam bahasa inggris karena twitter hanya bisa merespon pesan dalam bahasa inggris. Apabila anda kesulitan menulis dalam bahasa inggris seperti saya, anda bisa menggunakan fasilitas http://translate.google.com, selamat mencoba dan sukses.

    pertanyaan saya.. Gimana cara kirim “ticket” nya,??
    saya coba cari di “help support” twitter gak ketemu

    kan aku udah dapet email balasan yg kayak gini “I have now unsuspended your account. Repeat violations may result in permanent suspension.” Tapi kok pas saya coba masih belum kembali normal ya? kira-kira itu bener-bener sembuhnya berapa lama setelah saya dapet email balasan tersebut? mohon dijawab please ;_;
